The news has recently noted problems associated with worksite health programs. With these issues, should any worksites even bother to attempt worksite health promotion programs (WHP)? With William McPeck, we wrote an article, “Should You Even Bother with Worksite Wellness Today?” for the August 2014 (Volume 5, Issue 2) of the International Association for Worksite Health Promotion (IAWHP) publication. You can read on page 3 why WHP is something to bother with because it makes an organization more effective, efficient and more profitable. If it doesn’t, its not being done right. After all, making an organization more effective by improving the workplace and making it a better place to work is the only reason to bother with WHP. I encourage you to read this short article on page of the publication you can access here. We are interested in your thoughts about this issue, what do you think? Thank you.
