SEE THE BOOKS I READ AND REVIEWS OF BOOK ON THE GOODREADS SIDEBAR ON THIS SITE
I constantly read and many books have been both helpful and insightful. From time to time I will share books I found especially helpful. To save money I encourage you to use our public libraries to access these materials either at the facility or online.
The first books I want to share were by Ray Anderson, the former CEO of Interface that led an amazing transformation. You can access many youtube video’s by Ray and learn about their company at Interface Global.
The books he wrote that I recommend are the updated Confessions of a Radical Industrialist to Business Lessons of a Radical Industrialist and MidCourse Correction.
There also are several documentaries including So Right, So Smart.
Enjoy and please share books and materials you have read or seen that you find helpful so we can all learn. Thank you.
2 More great book recommendations that I just finished if you are interested.
1. Tribal Leadership: Leveraging Natural Groups to Build a Thriving Organization
You can get FREE Audio of this book at their site under Free Stuff at: http://www.triballeadership.net
I think this book is also very good and the 5 Levels of Organizations Identified in the book also line up perfectly with Maslow’s hierarchy from Base, to Success, to Transformative
2. I also strongly recommend Peak: How great companies get the mojo from Maslow
Maslow was the first that focused on positive health and we can learn much from him.
